With a career that has spanned more than 40 years, Mr. Wyatt has honed his skills and insights in a diverse array of industries, including Insurance, Finance, Legal, Government, Emerging Businesses, Credit Unions, and Large-Scale Enterprise-Level Networks.
His journey began in the bustling city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he started his career at Alcoa Aluminum. Here, he immersed himself in marketing communications, engaging with markets as varied as Agriculture, Industrial, and Architecture. These early experiences laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.
Mr. Wyatt continued his professional voyage at General Electric Information Systems, where he gained invaluable experience in the nascent field of client-server networking. His quest for knowledge led him to AT&T Long Lines, where he played pivotal roles in Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Government Marketing, further expanding his expertise.
In later years, Mr. Wyatt shifted his focus towards the realm of small business operations, offering his vast knowledge in consulting, technical expertise, and executive-level support to organizations across the nation. His list of technical certifications, from AT&T, General Electric Information Systems, Racal Electronics, Microsoft, Novell, 3Com, Digium, Avaya, and others, underscores his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
James holds a B.A. from Lincoln University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University. Before the inception of Alexant Systems Corporation, he cut his teeth as a business and strategic leader, holding roles as a Director, Vice President, or VCIO in multiple small businesses. More recently, shares his knowledge by assisting commercial and government contractor firms throughout the mid-Atlantic region in crafting sound business plans, devising staffing strategies, and formulating strategic technology roadmaps.
Since founding Alexant, Mr. Wyatt has dedicated himself to enhancing the operational efficiency of commercial companies across a wide spectrum of industries.
